4dchat reserves the right to suspend Account access, withhold withdrawals, or close an Account pending satisfactory completion of KYC. We aim to complete standard KYC reviews within 1–24 business hours upon receipt of all required documents.
4.3 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. You agree to notify 4dchat immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. 4dchat shall not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
By using the 4dchat Platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and the rules set out in this Agreement. Specifically, you agree that:
6.1 Deposits
4dchat accepts deposits via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB, AmBank, and other participating Malaysian banks), 7-Eleven Cliqq cash deposits, and cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT TRC20, BNB). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method as disclosed in the cashier section of the Platform.
All deposited funds must originate from payment accounts held in the name of the registered Account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 4dchat reserves the right to reverse deposits and request supporting documentation where the source of funds cannot be verified.
6.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification. Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment method that has been used for a prior deposit on the same account, subject to method-specific withdrawal limits. 4dchat aims to process withdrawal approvals within the following estimated timeframes:

6.3 Currency
Unless otherwise stated, all Player Funds are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the exchange rate prevailing at the time of the deposit transaction. 4dchat does not guarantee specific exchange rates.

4dchat reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to the good-faith obligation not to alter terms after a Player has already activated a specific bonus.
All games and betting markets offered on the 4dchat Platform are governed by individual game rules and sports betting terms published on the Platform. The following general rules apply across all products:
8.1 Finality of Results
All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation systems or live event results, as applicable. Once a game round or bet has been settled, the result is final and binding. 4dchat may void bets or game rounds in the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or circumstances that render a result invalid.
8.2 Sports Betting
Sports betting markets, including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC, and other events, are subject to the Sportsbook Rules applicable at the time of bet placement. 4dchat reserves the right to restrict maximum stake amounts on specific markets, suspend markets pending events, or void bets where odds were published in error or where the integrity of an event is in question.
8.3 Technical Malfunctions
In the event of a game or platform malfunction that interrupts a game round in progress, 4dchat will endeavour to restore the round to its pre-malfunction state or, where this is not possible, void the round and refund the stake to the Player's Account. Winnings that appear to result from a technical error are not valid and will not be paid.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the 4dchat Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and/or reporting to relevant authorities:
All content on the 4dchat Platform — including but not limited to the 4dchat brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of 4dchat or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational use in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of 4dchat.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 4dchat and its officers, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for:

13.1 Suspension by 4dchat
4dchat reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close an Account at any time, with or without notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that the Account holder has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where continued operation of the Account would expose 4dchat or other Players to risk.
13.2 Closure by the Player
Players may close their Account at any time by contacting the 4dchat support team. Upon receipt of a closure request, we will process any outstanding verified balance (net of applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to KYC clearance.
13.3 Effect of Termination
Upon Account closure or suspension, all pending bonus balances and associated wagering requirements shall be void. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature survive termination — including but not limited to sections on Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law — shall continue in full force.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 4dchat holds its gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration body as designated by 4dchat from time to time. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking interim injunctive relief before a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect their rights.
4dchat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide advance notice via the email address registered to your Account or through a notice posted on the Platform.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request closure of your Account.
